Refund & Cancellation Policy

At BuizGrow (www.buiz-grow.com), an initiative owned and operated by TASC BUSINESS LEARNING PRIVATE LIMITED ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our"), we aim to provide high-quality training programs and business development services. We understand that circumstances may change, and this policy outlines the conditions for course cancellations, refunds, and batch reschedules.

1. Course Enrollment & Cancellation

Student-Initiated Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your enrollment in any training program, you must submit a written cancellation request to our support team at info@buiz-grow.com or via our official contact channels prior to the batch start date.
Company-Initiated Cancellation: TASC BUSINESS LEARNING PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to cancel or postpone a course/batch due to insufficient enrollment, trainer unavailability, or unexpected technical issues. In such cases, enrolled participants will be offered:
- A 100% full refund of the course fee paid, OR
- The option to transfer enrollment to an upcoming batch without extra charges.

2. Refund Eligibility & Guidelines

Before Batch Commencement:
- Cancellation requests submitted 7 days or more prior to the batch start date are eligible for a full refund (minus any applicable third-party payment processing fees).
- Cancellation requests submitted within 1 to 6 days prior to the batch start date may be subject to a 20% administrative fee.
After Batch Commencement:
- Once a course or training session has commenced, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
- Partial attendance or failure to attend sessions without prior notification does not entitle a student to a refund.

3. Batch Rescheduling & Transfers

If you are unable to attend your registered batch due to personal or professional emergencies, you may request a transfer to a future batch.
Transfer requests must be submitted at least 3 days before the batch start date. Approval for batch transfers is subject to seat availability in upcoming batches.

4. B2B / Corporate Consulting Services

For custom corporate training programs, accounts management, or business development consulting services:

Cancellation and refund terms are governed strictly by the specific Service Level Agreement (SLA) or Contract signed between TASC BUSINESS LEARNING PRIVATE LIMITED and the client business entity.

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed using the original mode of payment.
Once a refund request is approved, it typically takes 5 to 10 business days for the credited amount to reflect in your bank account, credit card, or UPI account, depending on your financial institution.
